1.  Phil began by talking about an Image Manager upgrade he added to the WYSIWYG Page Editor.
He walked the group through the new functionality via webinar screen.

Image Manager features:

- Allows users to upload images and graphics to personal library within ALG interface
- Users can create individual project folders to better manage their images
- Having this function built into the WYSIWYG editor for ALL editable pages will make page creation much faster
~ Suggested future feature: Member community graphics/clipart library

2.  Next was a brief progress update from the attendees.

3.  Phil said John and he were looking at using keyword and non-keyword ID code to pass ID’ed information on to landing pages.  Things like personal, geographical or search-specific information for better landing page relevance & stickiness.  More to follow.

4.  Phil mentioned some flowcharts {FIRST_NAME} had made, that he will make available to the ALG pre-launch group.

Discussion about various training methods (videos, flowcharts, checklists, PDFs ) ensued.

5.  Kerry suggested a “next step” type of tutorial system.  A highly detailed process that guides the user through each of the necessary tasks in a step-by-step manner.  When you log out of ALG, the system saves your progress.  The next time you login, you are able to quickly get right back to the next step in your campaign-building process.

Phil said he would add this to the top of his growing list of programming tweaks for ALG.  Proper understanding and useage of the base ALG interface by the users is a higher priority than some of the more advanced features on the list.

Each action item within the ALG interface is to be linked to a separate help text-block, for additional instruction.
