1.  Foreclosure Project Update – Phil, , David and Steve are to meet soon to discuss questions and concerns about the foreclosure opp.

It looks like David is going to be the “lead closer” for the leads we generate – at least initially.

2.  SMS Notifications – Due to email deliverability problems, Phil has begun configuring ALG to support SMS (instant messaging) notifications to clients of new leads delivered.

3.  RSS Lead Delivery – Along with the SMS notifications, clients will have access to notifications and actual lead delivery via RSS.  RSS is far more reliable than email for message delivery.

This will be available to clients through a unique URL.  Also looking at URL password protection for extra security.

“Action links” will allow clients to mark their leads after they take an action, as well as auto-forward leads to the next step after they complete an action.

Phil demo’d what a list of leads would look like if accessed in the Google RSS reader.  More to follow as progress is made.

4.  Event API – An API or Application Programming Interface, will allow for ALG to communicate with outside sites.  Phil is working on one for use (initially) in the foreclosure market.

It will track actions taken by leads in an audit trail format.

It also provides for revenue sharing and direct, “cash and carry” lead sales to any site.

The only requirement will be to add a small script to any site that wishes to participate. The script simply allows for the API to work.
